| Bio | Wendy was raised in the Methodist church in the Kansas City area as a preacher’s daughter. She has a B.S. in Business Administration in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Her work experience prior to LUMC included 8 years at Cerner as the Manager of Investor Relations and was also involved in the budgeting & forecasting functions within Business Planning & Development.
Wendy is responsible for financial reporting at LUMC and works closely with the finance & stewardship committees as well as all the ministries and committees to accurately record and report the$1.3 million budget (in 2012) of the church. Wendy has been married 23 years to Ryan and has 2 sons, Nick & Reece. She lives in the historic district in Liberty and enjoys camping. |
